Our shipments require approximately 24-48 working hours.
In case there should be delays due to checks along the supply chain or strikes on the national territory, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
All orders shipped travel with insurance it's relative tracking code, which will be automatically sent by email.
Upon receipt of the goods:
Please check the external packaging upon receipt of the goods and if you are not sure that the contents are intact, notify the courier of accept the goods with reserve.
This allows us to protect you in case of possible dents towards the courier.
Before installing the tyres, visually check the perimeter of the rim for dents or transport damage.
Any defects found must be reported BEFORE installation of the tyre, as this may invalidate the guarantee.
